I found this on another site. It sounds great! Be sure to allow time- this one should be marinated overnight. I'm posting this for Zaar World Tour 5 for the Carribbean. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
3 garlic cloves |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon malt vinegar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
sazon goya, brand seasoning mix (1 packet) |
1 tablespoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. In food processor place all ingredients but chicken. Puree. Marinate chicken in sauce overnight. 2. Bake chicken at 400* for 40 minutes. |
