You will need a pie shell for this recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk or 1 1/2 cups cream |
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar and flour together. Gradually add the milk or cream. 2. Pour this mixture into the pie shell and bake on the bottom shelf of your oven at 350 F or 180 C for about 60 minutes. 3. To check for 'doneness' insert a knife and if it comes out 'fairly' clean, then it's ready. |
