This recipe comes from my aunt. This is a pie made each Christmas. Ingredients:
3 cups dark brown sugar |
4 tablespoons flour |
385 ml evaporated milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix well the brown sugar and flour. Add eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla mixing well. 2. Pour into 2 large unbaked pie crusts. 3. Cook at 425 F for 40-50 minutes. |
