From Nanny's collection Ingredients:
2 cups corn flakes, crushed |
1 cup butter |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups flour, sifted |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup pecans, finely chopped |
1 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Blend butter, 1/3 c sugar; add vanilla. Combine flour and cinnamon & add this mixture to the crushed cornflakes alternating w/ the sugar mixture. Add pecans and form into small balls. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. 2. Measure corn flakes BEFORE crushing ! Yield is a guesstimate. |
