Yummy Ingredients:
3 slices bacon, cut up |
4 cups fresh cleaned spinach leaves |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1/4 chopped red onion |
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed |
1/3 cup red wine vinegar (or white) |
Directions:
1. Add spinach, onions and mushrooms to large bowl, mix. 2. Fry bacon till crisp. Remove all bacon dripping but 2 tablespoons Add apple juice CONCENTRATE and vinegar, bring to a boil. Pour over salad, mix well, and serve. |
