Sugar Free Spiced Almonds

my dh loves sugar spiced nuts but is diabetic...so we came up with this.
Ingredients:
1 lb raw almonds
1/3 cup stevia truvia
1 1/2 tablespoons stevia truvia
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 f.
2. Line cookie sheet with non stick foil.
3. In stand mixer, with wire attachment, whip egg white and water til very frothy.
4. Mix in truvia, salt and cinnamon.
5. On low speed, mix in almonds.
6. Spread nuts on prepared cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes - stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
8. Cool - enjoy.
