Sugar-Free Poppy Seed Filling

For those who love the filling but cannot, don't need, don't want the sugar in full blown version of the stuff-low calorie too! No cooking reguired!!
Ingredients:
1/2 lb poppy seed
4 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
2 tablespoons sugar substitute
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Soak poppy seeds in boiling water overnight. Drain, dry and grind in food chopper, using the finest blade.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.!
3. Viola! you have filling!
