Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cold milk |
4 ounces sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix |
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened |
8 ounces no-sugar-added crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. Set milk out to bring to room temperature. 2. In medium bowl, gradually add milk to cream cheese. 3. Mix until smooth. 4. Add pudding and mix; beat until smooth. 5. Add pineapple; mix well. 6. Pour into baked 9 inch pie crust. 7. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. 8. Serve with whipped topping. |
