1- 1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 cup artificial sweetener (splenda) |
1 -1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Grease cookie sheet. 3. Mix 2/3 cup melted butter, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup skim milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4. Add oats and Splenda, flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder to the butter mixture. 5. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet 1-2 inches apart. 6. Bake 10-15 minutes. |
