Ingredients:
4 bananas, medium
2 cups quick oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup peanuts, blanched, salted
1/4 cup almonds, roasted
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup wheat bran
3 tbsp flax seeds
Directions:
1. mash bananas add apple sauce, vanilla, cinn, salt
2. separateley mix dry
3. combine it all, will be thick but moist
4. spoon on tray and squish to desired shape
5. bake 350F for 12-15 mins
6. let cook and enjoy
7. STORE IN FRIDGE OR THEY WILL GO BAD
