This comes from the Splenda web site. If you prefer a mint hot chocolate..omit the coffee granules and sub two drops of mint extract. Ingredients:
3 -4 teaspoons splenda granular |
3 tablespoons cocoa (preferably dutch processed) |
2 cups 1% low-fat milk |
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules |
Directions:
1. Mix together SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener and cocoa in a small saucepan. 2. Gradually add milk, whisking until blended. 3. Cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately. |
