                    This is a refreshing, almost calorie-free cold drink. The recipe is from a Vita-Mix Cookbook. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 cups grapes (green, red or mixed...seeds ok)  |  
                                                1 slice lemon  |  
                                                1 cup ice  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix or other powerful mixer. 2. Put on the lid and mix at high speed for about a minute. 3. Serve in an old fashion glass or stemware. Garnish with fresh mint and a cherry with stem. Or, add some water to the ingredients, reduce the the ice and serve on the rocks.                              |
