For those of us watching our sugar Ingredients:
8 ounces sugar-free cool whip |
1 cup hot water |
3 ounces sugar-free lemon gelatin |
1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese |
2 tablespoons artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. Dissolve jello in hot water. Blend all ingredients together with mixer. Chill until set. You may choose to put this into a crust although it is not necessary. |
