Sugar-Free Granola

Simple sugar-free granola recipe. Can be used to make granola bars.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oats
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup diced almonds
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil and vanilla extract in separate bowl. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture while stirring. Wet hands and press the mixture onto a greased pan, or use parchment paper. Bake for 10 minute.
3. Remove from oven, break up mixture and stir. Bake for 5 minute.
4. Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
