I like eating healthy, but im a sugarholic! Ingredients:
2 cups white flour or 2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon stevia powder |
3 tablespoons erythritol |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks) |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl. 3. Combine butter, stevia, erythritol, vanilla, and beat until smooth. 4. Add eggs one at a time, while continuing to stir. 5. Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir. 6. You may add 1 cup and/or 1/2 cup of coconut, but know, doing this will increase sugar count. 7. On a buttered pan, place as many possible 2 cubic inches of batter ( 2 inches between each other). 8. Bake 9-11 minutes. |
