Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk |
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa |
miniature marshmallows (optional) |
sugar-free candy canes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Store in an airtight container. 2. To serve, spoon 1/4 cup cocoa mix into each mug. Add 1 cup boiling water, and stir well. Top with miniature marshmallows or sugar-free candy canes, if desired (marshmallows and candy canes not included in analysis). 3. Tip: If you're not a milk drinker, hot cocoa is a great way to add calcium to your diet. One serving of this sugar-free cocoa has 166 milligrams of calcium. Most adults need 1,000 milligrams per day. |
