Sweetened with stevia. Ingredients:
1/3 cup cocoa or 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped |
4 teaspoons stevia (blend) or 3/4 teaspoon liquid stevia or 1/2 teaspoon pure stevia |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 1/4 cups milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 (9 inch) baked pie shells |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, mix together cocoa, stevia, cornstarch and salt. 2. Stir milk in gradually. 3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. 4. Blend in vanilla. 5. Cool 10 minutes. Pour into pie shell; refrigerate. 6. Top with whipped cream before serving. |
