These cookies are made with Splenda instead of regular sugar. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 sticks butter, softened |
3/4 cup splenda |
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 large eggs |
12oz choc. chips morsels or you can use sugar - free candy bars and just chuck them. |
Directions:
1. 1.) PREHEAT OVEN AT 350 DEGREES 2. 2.) MIX ALL EVERYTHING BUT THE CHIPS. MIX UNTIL THEY ARE CREAMY. 3. *STIR IN MORSELS OR CANDY 4. 3.) SPRAY COOKIE SHEET WITH A NON-STICK SPRAY 5. 4.) BAKE FOR 6 TO 8 MINUTES 6. * COOKIES WON'T TURN BROWN BECAUSE OF THE 7. SPLENDA. |
