Guilt-free syrups! Best on ice-cream or shortcakes. Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed frozen) or 1 cup mixed berry (fresh or thawed frozen) |
3/4 cup splenda granular |
1/3 cup water |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the ingredients and bring to a boil. 2. Lower the heat and simmer until thickened to desired consistency. 3. You may serve it hot or cold. |
