Sugar-Free Barbecue Sauce (South Beach Worthy) |

As anyone who is avoiding sugar knows, barbecue sauce is on the no-no list. I finally decided to come up with my own. Ingredients:
1/4 cup tomato paste |
1 cup diet cola |
1/2 tablespoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1/4 teaspoon sugar substitute |
1 dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate. |
