The easiest, most delicious bread you can imagine Ingredients:
6 -8 bananas |
1/2 cup butter |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups splenda granular |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cups white flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
chocolate chips (optional) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter. 2. Moosh bananas in the butter. 3. Stir all ingredients together. 4. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans or in 24 papered muffin cups. 5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes for muffins or 50-55 minutes for bread, until tests done. |
