Banana recipe I found somewhere a long time ago, instead of using regular sugar, its replaced with Splenda. Ingredients:
3 bananas, mashed |
3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
2 eggs |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas, add sugar and eggs. 2. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. 3. Add to banana mixture. 4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. |
