My husband loves the flavor of amaretto, but,whew, it's full of calories. This is a more healthy version! Ingredients:
1 cup water |
2 cups good quality vodka |
1 1/2 cups sugar substitute (like splenda) |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons almond extract |
Directions:
1. Blend water and sugar substitute in bowl or large pitcher until completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Allow to sit for a day or two to blend. I keep it in the frig. but you probably don't have to. |
