Sugar Cream Pie

A family favorite, that some consider old fashioned. This was a pie my grandma and mom made.
Ingredients:
9 unbaked pie shell
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup +1/2 teaspoon flour
1 cup whipping creme
1/2 cup half n half
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
nutmeg
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl stir together sugar and flour.
2. Add whipping creme and half n half, then add vanilla and salt.
3. Beat with mixer 6 minutes until fluffy and thickened.
4. Cover and let stand 1 hour in the fridge.
5. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle top generously with nutmeg.
6. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
7. Reduce oven to 375 bake abour 20 minutes more or until it no longer jiggles.
