I got this from my friend Shelly - she didn't tell me how many they make. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter (sofened, not melted) |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
5 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth, beat eggs and vanilla inches Stir in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix until combined, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 2. Heat oven when ready to 350. Roll the dough to desired thickness. cook between 9-11 minute depending on thickness (golden brown bottom's, top may still look undone - ) cool on parchment paper. Frost with desired frosting - . |
