A simple buttery recipe that came from the Wilton Holiday Pan. Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 egg |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, sugar, and egg. 2. Add vanilla. 3. Mix flour with salt and add to mixture 1/4 cup at a time. 4. Roll into one inch balls and press down slightly. 5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. |
