I would assume you could use this recipe for almonds too. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon egg white |
2 cups pecan halves |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy. 2. Add pecans and toss until well coated. 3. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300'F for 30 minutes or until browned. 4. Cool on waxed paper. |
