Sugar Babies Yam Casserole |

A sugar addicts dream come true with sugar babies, brown sugar and carmel sauce. Ingredients:
7 large yams, skinned and cooled down |
1 cup dark brown sugar |
1 cup sugarbabies candy, chopped into smaller pieces |
1/2 cup butter |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 cup carmel sauce ice cream topping, i like using hershey's |
Directions:
1. Take the yams, sugar, butter and vanilla and put into a food processor and blend together. After using the the food processor, with a spatula mix in the sugar babies candies. Add to a greased large round casserole dish. Spread the carmel sauce on the top. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Let stand and serve. |
