A recipe from Qu'est-ce qu'on mange Volume 2. Ingredients:
2 pie dough (9 inches) |
1 3/4 cups brown sugar |
1 cup plain yogurt |
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour |
4 teaspoons butter |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Put a pie dough in a pie plate. Set aside. 2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and yogurt. Set aside. 3. In another bowl, mix flour, butter, egg and vanilla. Add to the brown sugar mixture, mixing well. Pour in the pie dough. 4. Put the other pie dough on the pie. Do a few incisions on top, to let the vapor escapes. Brush the pie with beaten eggs. Cook in oven for about 50 minutes. |
