Mother in law gave me this recipe. I guessed about the servings. It does make a lot. Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon seasoning salt |
2 cups pecans, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon pimentos, diced |
Directions:
1. Mix above ingredients with 1 cup of the pecans. 2. then shape into a ball and roll into remaining nuts. |
