Friend Sue makes this one ofter because it is easy to make for her busy family. Ingredients:
2 lbs chuck roast, floured |
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup |
1 (2/3 ounce) package dry onion soup mix |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained |
1 cup red wine (burgundy is best ) |
Directions:
1. Brown roast on all sides, put in slow cooker/crockpot with other. 2. ingredients. Cook on low 8-10 hours. |
