Ingredients:
1 top round steak |
salt |
pepper |
all-purpose flour |
vegetable oil |
beef broth |
sour cream |
noodles |
Directions:
1. Slice steak into long thin strips. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Toss strips 2. with flour mixture. Heat oil in large skillet and add steak strips; tossing 3. until browned. Add beef broth and cook on low for 2 hours or more. 4. When ready to serve add sour cream and heat through. Adjust seasonings 5. and serve over hot cooked noodles. |
