Another great party dish or to eat watching a DVD.
Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 teaspoons cold water
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2-3 stalks celery - chopped
2-3 green onions - sliced (use up to the green part).
8 oz crabmeat ( 6 1/2 oz can)
Directions:
1. Heat soup to boil – set aside to cool
2. Dissolve gelatin with cold water
3. Mix cooled soup with gelatin – set aside
4. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
5. Add celery and onion to cream cheese and Mayo mixture.
6. Then add soup mixture and crabmeat last.
7. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
8. Once mold is set, turn over on plate.
9. Serve with crackers like Wheat Thins or pig out and eat it with a fork.
