Ingredients:
1 cup frozen baby lima beans |
2 cups shredded cabbage |
1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed |
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1/4 cup fat-free ranch-style dressing |
2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cook lima beans according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain; rinse with cold water, and drain again. 2. Combine lima beans, cabbage, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing and sour cream. Pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture; toss well. |
