This is a great way to get kids to eat their veggies! I think I got the idea from an episode of Emeril. Ingredients:
8 ounces bacon |
15 ounces lima beans |
15 ounces green beans |
15 ounces corn |
15 ounces diced tomatoes |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Dice bacon and then saute in large skillet until crispy. 2. Add veggies and cook through. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. |
