Subway's Sweet Onion Sauce (Low Sugar)

I've pared it down a lot by using Splenda and cornstarch.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cold water
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vidalia onion (finely minced)
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
2 teaspoons white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon poppy seed
1 pinch ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for a minute and a half, stirring every thirty seconds.
4. Makes about 2/3 cup.
