A vegan substitute for sour cream without corn starch. This recipe is from Vegetarians in Paradise . Ingredients:
1 cup brazil nut, soaked overnight |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon celtic salt |
1/8 teaspoon celtic salt |
Directions:
1. Combine nuts, lemon juice, and Celtic salt in a food processor and process until light and creamy, about 3 or 4 minutes. |
