Stu's Favorite Flank Steak |

My mom serves this slice and rolled (secured with a party toothpick) or sliced with rolls on the side - this is Stu's favorite because every time I have a party and DON'T make this - I hear about it. Ingredients:
1 (2 -3 lb) flank steaks |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup dry sherry |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and store, marinating in a sealable gallon bag (for easy turning). 2. Turn often and marinate for 3-4 hours. 3. Remove steak from marinade and grill or broil for 10 minutes per side. 4. Slice at about a 45-degree angle against the grain. |
