Stuffing With Sun-Dried Tomatoes |

I came up with this a couple of years ago when we were going to Cradle Mountain, I wanted to take something a bit different to add to our sandwiches! Ingredients:
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1 egg |
3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup kalamata olive, sliced |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped |
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and press into a loaf tin, or casserole dish. 2. bake at 180C for 25 minutes. |
