Ingredients:
1 stick(s) butter |
4 cup(s) chopped celery |
2 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 1/2 cup(s) chopped parsley |
3 cup(s) chopped walnuts |
3 eggs |
8 slice(s) ezekiel bread |
1 tablespoon(s) poultry seasoning |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 teaspoon(s) tarragon |
Directions:
1. Slice bread into cubes. Place in large bowl. Add celery, walnuts and spices. 2. Melt butter and saute onions. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Add onions and then eggs into bread mixture. Stuff turkey and bake according to directions. Bake remaining stuffing in greased baking dish at 350' for 20-30 minutes. |
