Ingredients:
8 cup(s) stale breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sage |
2 cup(s) celery chopped |
1 1/2 cup(s) onions finely chopped |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
2 cup(s) chicken broth |
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Combine 1st 4 ingredients in large bowl. Set aside. Combine next 3 ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add to bread . Stir in broth, oil, eggs, mixing well. Pour into 3 quart greased pan. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered |
