I invented this recipe after having a chicken but no stuffing. Ingredients:
bread |
onion |
thyme |
sausage |
butter |
egg |
seasoning |
Directions:
1. Chop the onion into a fine dice. 2. Tear the bread into small peices. 3. Squeeze the sausage out of its skin and incoporate. 4. Add the thyme, season with salt and white pepper. 5. Put the whole lot into a processor, with half a beaten up egg and blitz it until it comes together. 6. Pop it into a baking tin, or make it into ball shapes and onto a tray. 7. Dot with butter and Bake for 20 mins. |
