Here in Gibraltar we use this stuffing for everything. For our Turkey/chicken, tomatoes and other veggies and for our mushrooms too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
2 ham slices, thinly cut and chopped |
1 egg |
3 ounces cheese, grated |
6 olives, chopped (no pips) |
2 garlic cloves |
salt and pepper |
parsley |
marjoram |
flour |
Directions:
1. chop all ingredients. 2. beat in the egg. 3. Mix all ingredients together. 4. Stuff your turkey (or whatever) and cook as normal. |
