vegetarian lunch/dinner Ingredients:
1/2 acorn squash |
30 g canned tuna |
30 g ff cottage cheese |
30 g carrots |
30 g celery |
30 g mushrooms |
85 g romaine lettuce |
Directions:
1. Put squash cut side down and bake for 45 mins at 350 2. when done, scoop out flesh of squash and combine with other ingredients (except for lettuce). 3. place the mixture back into the squash and bake for another 20 minutes |
