Another good looking recipe from the new BJ's magazine. I'm guessing on the number of servings, it's not given Photo from BJ's Journal Ingredients:
8 oz. grape (cherry) tomatoes |
4 oz goat cheese |
2 oz. mayonnaise (hellmann's) |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 tbl mixed herbs, crushed (your choice) |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash tomatoes and drain 2. Carefully remove 1/2 slice from top of each and reserve 3. Scoop out seeds with a smallmelon baller or other scoop 4. Mix goat cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and herbs in a small bowl 5. Add salt and pepper to taste 6. Spoon mixture into pastry bag and pipe into tomatoes 7. Cap with reserved tops and arrange on a serving plate or tray. |
