Stuffed Sweet Bell Pepper Soup |

I received this recipe from my aunt. It is easy to prepare and my whole family loves it. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 quarts water |
1 quart tomato juice |
3 green sweet peppers, diced |
2 teaspoons browning sauce |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups chili sauce |
1 cup uncooked long grain rice |
2 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef in Dutch oven (large pot) and drain off fat. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce and simmer uncovered for 1 hour until rice is tender. |
