great dish for weddings or pot luck dinners Ingredients:
stuffed shells |
1 package of jumbo (pasta) shells(boiled 15 minutes & drained) |
3 cups pasta sauce or crushed tomatoes italian style |
2 cups italian cheese |
15 oz tub of ricotta |
2 eggs beat |
1/2 cup grated parmsean |
1/3 cup fresh or dried parsley |
1 tbs dried basil |
Directions:
1. stuffed shells 2. - 3. set shells to the side. 4. combine the cheese's 5. eggs,parsley & basil 6. combine well 7. stuff shells, layer on 13x9 baking dish 8. drizzle lightly with sauce 9. top with parmsean cheese 10. bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 11. for 30 minutes... |
