Fillets of Salmon stuffed with spinach and cream cheese. Ingredients:
7 salmon fillets |
1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese |
1 tablespoon garlic |
1 tablespoon dill |
3 cups spinach |
Directions:
1. Wilt spinach in skillet using olive oil. Season to taste. Defrost the Salmon and slice it open to make a pocket. Mix Spinach, cream cheese and garlic together in bowl. Stuff salmon fillets. Bake on 400* until Salmon is cooked to your desire. (ten minutes per inch). Serve onto plates and sprinkle dill onto each serving. |
