Red pepper stuffed with ground pork Ingredients:
5 medium red pepper |
1 1/2 pounds ground pork |
1/2 cup spinach |
11 grams parmesan 100% grated |
1/2 cup bread crumbs garlic and herb |
2 tbsp hershey's cocoa powder |
15 grams chili sauce |
1 tbsp garlic |
1 tsp basil |
1 tsp oregano |
1 medium onion |
1 medium tomato |
2 stalk, large celery |
1/2 cup no salt niblets |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Slice 5 red bell peppers in half 3. Finely chop onion, tomato, celery and garlic 4. Combine all remaining ingredients and fill into bell peppers 5. Place on oven and bake 30 minutes |
