An old recipe for a basic dish. Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes |
1/4 cup sour cream |
parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon milk |
salt and pepper |
garlic powder |
cheddar cheese, grated |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes at 375 for 1 hour. Let cool. Combine pulp and next 6 ingredients. Mash until light and fluffy. Put in shells. Place on an ungreasted baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 minutes. |
